We offer free standard UK shipping.
Failed Delivery - Please note that our boxes are larger than the 'Mail Box' size and would therefore require the purchaser or assigned person to be at the specified delivery address when the order has been shipped. Should no one be home or the wrong delivery address be given, it is at the discretion to charge you a shipping for a second attempt.
However if you are making a return or refund, the customer will be liable for shipping costs.
Delays - We always try our best to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times or sooner. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery errors, courier services & supplier delays.
Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavour to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.

Should you for any reason wish to return any box(s) purchased from The White Wolfe Company. We offer a 14-day return policy to return a box which you are not satisfied with. We do not accept returns that are after 14 days. Please include your sale receipt. You will return the goods to The White Wolfe Company at your own cost.
All returned items should be undamaged, unused and unwashed within 14 calendar days to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return the product and we will offer a refund on your payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
